50% refund 4 months before the event
30% refund 3 months before the event
There is no refund less than 2 months before the event
Cancellation for health reasons can transfer the entry for next season
After bad weather conditions, the track routes and the program can be changed, off road tracks might be cancelled, in total or part, which will result in transfer to the next bivouac via asphalt. No refund on these cases!
